Long time colleagues and friends, Charlie Egan and James Banks, created Small Projects in 2018 to bring a level of service, quality and professionalism to projects valued from $10,000-$4m, only seen in the ‘big project’ levels of construction.

Led by James and Charlie, the passionate team of professionals cover diverse construction backgrounds, but each have a shared goal of exceptional product delivery. The team cross collaborates on a diverse range of projects with a focus on resolving technical detail and achieving tight build programs.
